multi-story luxury apartments. Offsite construction and volumetric building
techniques make modular units an excellent choice for inner-city and restricted
access sites, as well as for situations requiring a shorter build time than
conventional building techniques allow.

Special Needs Accommodation

Our experience in providing special needs accommodation units, eg annexes for the elderly, handicapped living accommodation, access for the disabled etc., ensures that all accessibility and mobility issues are dealt with.
Easy Access
Although all prefabricated units are placed on raised foundations during the modular construction, many of the buildings shown on this site were finished with the entrances level with the ground. This was achieved by backfilling once the project was nearing completion, and ensures free and easy access to the building without the need for substantial steps at each entrance.
