There are many regulations regarding Health & Safety in Construction e.g. CDM Regulations, Asbestos Regulations, Working at Height Regulations, all with one purpose in mind, to protect people.

There are many injuries and deaths within the construction industry, in the year 2009/2010 there were 42 deaths, 3,120 reported major injuries and 2.6 million days lost through injury/ill health.

Arch Lodge Construction Project Management Ltd are committed to a zero tolerance for construction site injuries and are rigorous in ensuring that the relevant safety precautions are taken on site.

Our Technical Director, Derek Harris, has been a Member of the Association for Project Safety since 2005 and is our CDM Co-ordinator for all notifiable projects.
