Preparation of Tenders/Reports

One of the vital parts of a project is obtaining competitive quotations to enable the client to achieve the least possible cost for the project. We at Arch Lodge Project Management Ltd compile design drawings and build specifications for the various contractors to quote against.

These designs and specifications are developed with the client to ensure his aspirations are being met.

We select the various contractors to take part in tender process and on receipt of the completed tenders prepare an analysis report for the client.

A vital element of the analysis of the contractor quotations is to ensure that they have priced exactly what is designed/specified to ensure that there are no further cost claims during the project, unless the client changes the design/specification.
