Building & Structural Surveys

Arch Lodge Construction Project Management Ltd offer a variety of building surveys to suit the different needs of their clients.

Some clients may require a full survey consisting of a comprehensive survey of every aspect of a property to identify all defects and possible problems with a site. This will not be appropriate for all clients and other levels of survey are available as required.

If alterations such as a conversion or extension are being made to a property, then structural design calculations will almost certainly be needed. These can be supplied by Arch Lodge Construction Project Management Ltd.
